So here i am blogging again. Lower back aching from the deadlift but i did manage to hit new weights though, 20kg each side. Trying to go higher.

I've gone back to train together with my canoeing friends. I must say i miss it. Training by self and training together with a team, the feeling and determination is totally different. There's always someone there to help and push you. I guess what my cousin say is true, the time where you suffer the most with your friends is what bonds everyone the most.

Hmmm i asked JH about why i don't feel much ache now after gym, he say because im at the same weight. I guess what he said is true, other than deadlift, my other exercises all remain the same weight. Time to increase weight!!! I'm also wondering whether should i get protein? Mr. Poh said i look fat :( time to buckle up. Exams is exactly 3 weeks+ away from now. Please augustine, study. I'm trying to but i'm just lazy to do that at home. Why can't i be like any normal child who can study normally?
